Sarah

Yoga, Meditation & Fitness

Sarah has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and has always enjoyed physical activity, especially dance and yoga. Yoga has woven its way in and out of her life over the decades. After an accident in 2015 leaving her with a permanent brain injury, yoga became an integral part of her healing process. She's seen yoga transform her own life, as well as many other lives, and wants to be a part of that healing and growth in the lives of those around her.

Roxie

Yin Yoga

Roxie was born in beautiful Victoria BC, and grew up between Victoria and the Okanagan. She found yoga over a decade ago and it not only enriched her life but rejuvenated it. Roxie cares deeply for others and her community which gives her enthusiasm to share her passions and joy with others.

Roxie has a strong appreciation that people are all unique in biology and biography, therefore, her intention is to deliver classes that allow the practice to meet the student where they are. Roxie enjoys hiking, camping, travelling, and (most of all) spending time with family, friends, and the animals.


In 2022 Roxie and her family welcomed their beautiful baby boy to the world!
