Steady & Soft: Yoga for Life with Chronic Illness

Steady & Soft is an inclusive yoga class designed to support those living with chronic illness. This gentle and adaptable approach focuses on cultivating comfort, connection, and presence, offering a safe space to reconnect with your body. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and rest, we explore ways to navigate the challenges of living with chronic illness — offering a space where your experience is honoured, not fixed. Each session nurtures resilience, healing, and self-compassion, meeting you exactly where you are on your journey.

Classes are offered on a donation basis as we journey together in this shared space of growth and support. You’ll be working with me and alongside me as I continue to deepen my understanding of the complex and infinite world of chronic illness, nervous system regulation, and the principles of trauma-informed and heart-centered teaching and learning.

This class is offered on a Pay What You Can basis to ensure it remains accessible to everyone who can benefit. Payment is optional—choose the tier that feels right for you or contribute any amount.
