Time is precious. You may be expecting your first baby or you may already be a mum, expecting your second or third. You may a postnatal mum learning to juggle life around your new role or are learning to look after more than one child. Finding time to look after yourself often gets overlooked, especially when you have a lot to juggle.
Working with me on a 1-2-1 or small group basis (with some mum friends) may be the solution you need, if you don't have time to commit to a class (or don't want to) - Why waste time (at a class) when you can have an individualised plan created for your body and your unique fitness and wellness goals.
