Spiral Stabilisation is an exercise system (using a specialised exercise cord) which is designed to help fix postural deviations and treat back pain, prevent injuries and help with chronic health issues including neck, shoulder, hip pain, sciatica, disc herniation, scoliosis, lordosis, kyphosis, headaches, migraines, flat feet and bunions. It works by strengthening weakened muscles and releasing over worked/stretched muscles. You can train in this system alone or it can be easily integrated with yoga therapy tools.
